Industrial and mechanical CAD modelling from sketches, drawings or photos: assemblies, revisions, mounting and access details.
Hello from Techcopter Studio. I'm Amir — an aerospace engineer turned industrial 3D artist. I turn CAD models, drawings and reference photos into accurate models, clear renders and light, real-time assets. What you get: 3D your engineers sign off and your customers understand.
A UK services studio (Techcopter Ltd) working only with businesses: OEMs, engineering firms, marketing agencies and XR teams. Built on industrial VR training work for the energy sector.
From a napkin sketch to a GLB on your product page, every job starts with the geometry being right.
Each card is real work: two client projects and two studio pieces. More client work under NDA can be shown on a call.
Design, visualisation, optimisation and B2B production under one roof. One engineer carries your model from the source CAD to the final render or real-time asset, so nothing gets lost in translation.
How we engageIndustrial and mechanical CAD modelling from sketches, drawings or photos: assemblies, revisions, mounting and access details.
Heavy CAD turned into clean, light GLB, USDZ and FBX for web viewers, AR and VR. Retopology to a face budget, with the outer shape checked against the source.
Photoreal renders, cutaways, exploded views and short animations for sales, manuals and investor decks.
White-label 3D for agencies, manufacturers and VR training teams. Project-based or retained, NDA first, Unreal-ready when you need it.
Skids, vessels, heat exchangers and piping for proposals, training and operations.
Assemblies, mechanisms and service views for OEM sales and manuals.
Modular structures and configurations, like the wind turbine project above.
Light GLB and USDZ models for 3D viewers and AR on product pages.
Unreal-ready plant and equipment assets for immersive training.
White-label 3D capacity behind your brand.
Tell us the goal, the audience and the deadline. NDA signed before any files move.
We check scale, assemblies and missing parts, then confirm scope and a fixed quote.
A clay or low-detail pass to agree camera, layout or polygon budget early.
Look-development and refinement, with the number of rounds set in the quote.
Final files in agreed formats, tested where they will be used, rights transferred on final payment.
STEP · IGES · SolidWorks · CATIA · Inventor / Fusion exports · FBX · OBJ · 2D drawings · sketches · photos
GLB · USDZ · FBX · Unreal-ready assets · 4K stills (PNG / EXR) · MP4 animation · native CAD revisions
NDA before files, access limited to the people on your job, files deleted on request.
Work is agreed with Techcopter Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
STEP, IGES and native CAD exports (CATIA, SolidWorks and similar), FBX or OBJ meshes, 2D drawings, sketches and reference photos.
Renders as PNG or EXR, animations as MP4, and real-time assets as GLB, USDZ, FBX or Unreal-ready files, sized for where they will be used.
Small conversions often take a day or two. Larger design or animation work is quoted with milestones before anything starts.
Yes, before you send any files if you prefer.
Me, Amir. An aerospace engineer who models, renders and optimises every job himself.
Send a short brief and your files, or a screenshot if they're confidential. You'll get a scope and quote back, usually within a working day.
They're agreed in the quote. Bigger jobs run in stages (blockout, look-development stills, final) so changes happen early, when they're cheap.
Yes. B2B work can be delivered under your brand, with your client never seeing our name.
Yes. Most work is under NDA, so it's shown on a call rather than published here.
